Life Update 🐝

Life updates! 🐝

Hiii Lovesss

I hope everyone’s having the best fall! Wanted to share some recent happenings of my life (mostly cause I’ll get to read it later and it’s always helpful for my bad memory 😂)

1. Brunette AF

I’m finally back to brunette! Although I loved my blonde era, it never truly felt like home.

2. Fitness Rosie

I’ve had so many ups and downs this year with my fitness. After gaining almost 15 lbs (but also some good ass muscle) I’m finally slowing down my bulk and cutting. I’ve also been super invested in functional training and really enjoying running. I don’t know where my fitness journey will lead me next year but for now, I’m so happy to see all the progress I’ve made with my body and especially building my upper body because that has been my biggest goal since forever.

3. Celibacy

Haven’t been super vocal about this one but I just reached 1 year of celibacy 2 months ago 🙈 Can’t believe how fast time passes but this has been a whole journey on its own and an important one. I won’t deny it’s been challenging at times but also the most rewarding journey full of important breakthroughs. Maybe I’ll share more details on it later if I feel comfy 😂

4. MY BLOG!

For those who know me, you know I love writing little entries whether it’s on here or my journal. And after almost a year of working on it, I’m so excited to finally be launching my blog soon so stay tuned ✍🏼🤩

5. Atlanta

I’ve been wanting to move to Atlanta for as long as I remember. Having so many positive memories linked to here and having met some of my closest friends plus being the place where I first found my love for hiking, it was so obvious that this place felt like home. Although my natural inclination for the city will always be there, after spending my fall in here, I decided that although I love this city, it will no longer be home ❤️ kindly letting it go, Charlotte however….

6. New home?

North Carolina has been slowly growing in my heart. Want to share so many things but for now, it feels like a massive door of opportunities and new beginnings.

7. Bible

I’m sure everyone has seen on my stories all year how I’ve been posting more about my devotional and Bible. Although I’ve always been close to my faith, one of my intentions this year was to read my Bible every day. I can’t explain how doing this has drastically altered my brain chemistry and it motivated me to do monthly Bible challenges with my close friends for anyone who wants to participate. ✝️

8. Holistic doctor and my health

It’s not a secret that I’m obsessed and neurotic with my wellness so of course I finally sought a holistic doctor to help me manage my Lupus more naturally. Holistic and natural health approaches are the one thing I love sharing the most about, mostly because I know most people don’t have the tools or access to seek this information. I can’t wait to share with you everything I’ve learned from her and ways to keep your health in check.

9. Womanhood

Ending my events season completely depleted of my energy as always and really seeking my girls for emotional support. I’ve never felt more blessed than I feel at this point in life to have so many great women around me. I never appreciated the importance of being surrounded by genuine womanhood until this year. Grateful 💕

10. Traveling

I’ve had unbelievable adventures this year, looking back at all the memories, I still can’t believe all of the beautiful places I got to see. Although I loved every moment, I do think it was exhausting going to so many places back to back. I don’t know what 2024 has in store but I can’t wait to find balance and above all, intention with all my trips.
